ROC HR Consulting was founded by Carolyn Leigh, an HR professional with over 20 years experience working as a global HR leader. 

Carolyn has worked across different industry sectors including pharmaceutical, banking, professional services, online retail and technology and is passionate about developing strong leaders, delivering an engaging and inspiring employee experience and supporting organisational growth.
